Delivery Information

Delivery Times
All our deliveries are made by some of the countries most trusted couriers, including but not limited to Yodel and DPD.

We recommend that you do not book tradesmen, plumbers etc for a specific date before you receive the goods as we cannot offer any compensation for loss of time/booking fees if goods are late due to circumstances beyond our control.

At checkout, you will be asked to choose a 'Desired Delivery Date' to receive your order. The earliest available date will be dependent on the items you have selected. There may be rare occasions when we are unable to deliver your order on your desired date. In these unlikely circumstances you will be contacted immediately to rearrange delivery on an alternative date that suits you. 

Next Working Day Delivery
Unlike any other company in the business, we offer next day delivery on all our stocked items. To be eligible for this service, you must place your order before 1pm on the previous working day. Please note, this excludes selected areas (which you can view below). To find out if your item is eligible for next working day delivery, please click on the product page and the estimated shipping time will be displayed below the price. 

Delivery Drop Off
It is important to note that we use external shipping couriers. They are responsible for delivering the item(s) to the kerb-side. They are not responsible for delivering items into your home*.

*Please note, for large orders we advise that you seek assistance from friends or neighbours to assist with moving your order, as often the driver will not be able to assist you. Some items may be delivered on a pallet. It is your responsibility to dispose of the pallet, however, we recommend keeping it for the first 14 days in case you need to return your item(s).

Failed Deliveries
In the unlikely event that delivery is attempted when you are not at home, we will contact you by phone and re-book another time that suits you. Please note, there may be a re-delivery charge added at our discretion, which will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Direct Deliveries from Distribution Centres

To help you receive your items as quickly as possible, parts of your order may be dispatched directly from one of our Plumit distribution centres. If this is the case, you will be contacted directly by them to arrange delivery for the products concerned. Please note, these items will arrive at a different time to products dispatched from our head warehouse. Some distribution centres may take between 2-3 working days to deliver items. Non-Stocked Items
Some items are ordered into our warehouse especially for your orders. This means they are not available for next day delivery. The estimated delivery time for non-stocked items is 3-5 working days. To find out if your item is a non-stocked item, then please visit it’s product page and the estimated delivery time is visible below the price.

For orders that contain a mixture of stock and non-stock items, excluding items delivered directly from distribution centres, we will deliver all items together. We will make you aware of this when we phone or email you to confirm the delivery date. You will be given the option to receive them separately as well, however there may be additional shipping charges.

Shipping Rates
All orders qualify for standard delivery charged at £9.99.* **

*oversized products listed as Pallet Only in the product specifics are subject to a £60 delivery charge.
**excluding selected areas which are subject to higher delivery charges (see below).

Delivery Areas Restrictions

    Delivery is available to everyone in the UK, but due to logistical reasons, the next day delivery service is unavailable for people in the following regions.

    If you require delivery to any of the areas listed below, there will be a shipping charge automatically added to your order at the checkout, except for locations where the 'Additional Charge' is marked as POA (Price on Ask) *. If this is the case, please contact us via phone on 01923 831 267.

    *Please note that if you place an order, prior to contacting us, to be delivered to a location where the 'Additional Charge' is marked as POA, then you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service team, who will ask you to pay the additional charge. Your order will not be dispatched until this charge has been paid. In the event of you refusing to pay the additional charge, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund through your original payment method.
