Due to the weight of this item, assistance may be required with unloading and moving at point of delivery. We cannot accept the return of unwanted boilers if the box / packaging, or the security seal has been opened / broken (your statutory rights are not affected).

All orders can be returned within 14 days and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge. As long as they are retuned to us in new, unused condition (including all packaging).
