At checkout, you will be asked to choose a 'Desired Delivery Date' to receive your order. There may be rare occasions when we are unable to fulfil this request. In these unlikely circumstances you will be contacted immediately to rearrange delivery on an alternative date that suits you.

All orders can be returned within 14 days. Please note, that larger items such as boilers or items delivered direct from our suppliers such as HiB products may be subject to a re-stocking charge if they are returned.
